CC Nurseries welcome new colleagues to senior team
Following the continued development of CC Nurseries during 2020/21 which saw the opening of two new-build settings and ongoing acquisition/development plans agreed, the senior team at CCN has now been expanded in a bid to support future growth plans and deliver dedicated expertise to our existing settings and growing team of 150 colleagues.
Joining the central team are group HR manager Martyn Whittle, and Matt Cross who has taken on the new role overseeing facilities and health & safety.
Andrew Clifford, COO and head of nurseries at CCN said: “I am delighted to welcome both Martyn and Matt to our team as they join our colleague Johanna Bowley (head of finance) and bring a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge to our senior team.
“We have an exciting period of development ahead and our priority is ensuring we can continue to support our existing teams in delivering the high standards we strive for and to provide the very best environment not only for our children and families, but for all our colleagues too.”
CCN have recently re-located their central support office to a new, spacious premises in Clover House, Sleaford, which has been refurbished to provide a well-equipped, yet homely, calming environment for its growing team.
These plans have also seen the group offering their first apprenticeship outside of the existing early years apprenticeships across its nurseries, with Daisy James recently taking up the role of business administration apprentice to gain first-hand experience across all areas of administration, finance, HR and marketing.
CC Nurseries Group currently provides inspirational early childhood learning and care for over 600 families, with eight settings across England and Scotland.
CCN is a proud sponsor of the upcoming NMT Awards 2021, hosted by Nursery Management Today, and have themselves been recognised as a finalist in the Business Development category in the 2021 awards.
